QUALIFICATIONS: 1. At least two years experience in cafeteria setting
2. Ability to read standard recipes and follow directions
3. Understand weights and measures
4. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
5. Understand importance of proper sanitation
6. Ability to work as a team or individual
REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties assigned each day (make bread, prepare meat, salad, vegetable, and/or dessert)
- Keep area clean at all times
- Run dishwasher, wash pots and pans, sweep and mop floors and general cleaning
- Knowledge of food production records
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
