QUALIFICATIONS:                1.  At least two years experience in cafeteria setting

                                                2.  Ability to read standard recipes and follow directions

                                                3.  Understand weights and measures

                                                4.  Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

                                                5.  Understand importance of proper sanitation

                                                6.  Ability to work as a team or individual

 

REPORTS TO:                         Assistant Manager

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform duties assigned each day (make bread, prepare meat, salad, vegetable, and/or dessert)
  2. Keep area clean at all times
  3. Run dishwasher, wash pots and pans, sweep and mop floors and general cleaning
  4. Knowledge of food production records
  5. Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
